Rufo Quintavalle was born in London, studied at Oxford and the University of Iowa and lives in Paris. He is the author of eight books of poetry, the most recent of which, hhereenow, is available from corrupt press in Luxembourg. He was formerly the poetry editor for the online magazine, nthposition, and has served on the editorial board of Upstairs at Duroc, Paris’ longest running English language literary journal. From 2011 to 2013 he ran the reading series, Poets Live, and from 2013 to 2015 taught creative writing at NYU Paris. His work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and the Michael Marks Award.
